I love that book! Great quote too, and something I’m always saying to people myself! To paraphrase Eckhart Tolle, there is only the present moment, and anything else is just our silly minds telling stories about a “now” that is either gone or that hasn’t arrived yet. Both are completely pointless, as there is nothing to be done about either.
